Apxn. Md. Abdul Matin Sikder born on 4th December 1970 in a renowned & respectable Muslim Family of Mymensingh. His Father Late Shamsul Haque Sikder and Mother Late Sufea Begum. He is the 3rd Son of his parents.
Apxn. Md. Abdul Matin Sikder started his Apex movement on 30th June’ 1998 by joining in Apex Club of Mymensingh one of the pioneer Club of Apex Bangladesh. Apxn. Matin Sikder hold almost all the important post in Club level including Club President in 2021 of Apex Club of Mymensingh. In District level District-1 Secretary in 2009 & 2010, District-1 Boad Member in 2011, District-1 Official in 2012. In The National Level District Governor-1 in 2013, National Secretary in 2014, National Youth and Citizenship Director in 2015, Chief Co-ordinator- President Conference Organizing Committee in 2016, Chief Co-ordinator- Apex Inter Club Debate Competition Organizing Committee in 2017, National Co-ordinator in 2018, National Program Chief Co-ordinator in 2019 &2021
Apxn. Matin Sikder adjudged with many awards such as in Club level Best Board Member in 2000, Best Apexian in 2007. In District level Best Dinner Notice Editor in 2007, Best Apexian in 2009 & 2010, Best Club President in 2011, Best Co-operation Award in 1998-1999, 2008 & 2011. In The National Level Appreciation Award in 2005,2006 & 2009, Best Dinner Notice Editor in 2007, Top Ten Club President in 2011, Best District Governor in 2013, Best Apexian in 2014, Best National Bord Member in 2015, Best National Official in 2016, Top Ten National Official in 2017, 2018 & 2019.
Apxn. Matin Sikder involved himself with various Social, Cultural &Trade Organization. He is a Petron & Life Member of Apex Bangladesh Foundation, Member-Apex Education Fund, Member-Bara Bazar Business Association, Mymensingh, Founder Cultural Secretary – Mymensingh Theater, Mymensingh, Founder Public Relation Secretary – Chittagong Cantonment Public School and College Alumni Association. By Profession Apxn. Matin Sikder is working as Senior Executive Vice President in Republic Insurance Company Limited, Dhaka.
